Those are pretty much the style I’m looking for. on the casual end of Oxford style. Not shiny leather. I saw others recommending Florsheim’s, but they are all shiny patent leather, which I don’t like.
I have high arches, and slightly wider than normal feet. Comfort is the most important. I’m looking for a dress shoe the feels like an athletic shoe. I’ll pay good money for something I can actually stand to wear. $100-$150 would be fine. Looking for suggestions of very comfortable shoes that I can wear to work.

Could anyone recommend a pair of genuinely comfortable men’s shoes (casual with jeans)?
I just got a job at Borders Books and Music, and I can tell from my first night that my Chucks aren’t going to cut it for comfort and longevity. Dress code is casual, and I wear a lot of Pac Sun stuff (the guy in the skinny jeans and v-neck– that’s me! …and him… and him… etc.)
I’m just looking for something cool enough to go with what I wear and comfortable enough to get me through a 5-8 hour shift on my feet. I’d definitely sacrifice fashion for function though.

I work on a school campus and do a lot of walking from building to building all day long. What are some good men’s casual shoes that look professional and give support and comfort for walking? I’m currently wearing some trail shoes, but their not very professional. Please list brand and model. Thanks

Help figuring out what these shoes are?
Hello everyone. This is question is geared more towards an older generation of people, but I’m gladly accepting anyone’s input. Down to the question, what is the technical name for the bootsshoes that a lot of cowboys wear that are suede, kind of lightly colored, they look kind of like slippers, almost like men Uggs, except it covers the whole foot part, not sure if it comes up on the heel at all or not, and they have a soft sole? Kind of like a casualcomfort shoe? My folks said they called them “Cowboy tennis shoes” back in the day, but they couldn’t think of the actual name for them. Sorry, it’s kind of vague but I tryed to describe them as well as possible. =) P.S. where could I find these? I’ve looked all over the place for some but no luck.
